Excel to PDF
Convert an Excel (.xlsx) workbook to PDF, with each worksheet exported as a grid table.
How to use the Excel to PDF
- Upload the Excel workbook (.xlsx). Save older .xls files as .xlsx first.
- Click Run to convert it.
- Download the PDF, with each worksheet exported as its own table, headed by the sheet name.
How the Excel to PDF works
The converter reads the workbook with an Excel file library, without needing Microsoft Office. For each worksheet it takes the used range of cells and the values they display, including the results of formulas, and lays them out as a grid table in its own landscape section, headed by the sheet name.
It focuses on data rather than appearance: cell colors, conditional formatting, charts and images aren't reproduced. That makes it a quick way to share or print spreadsheet data as a read-only document. To go the other way, use PDF to Excel.
