How to use the Random Number Generator

How the Random Number Generator works
Numbers are drawn using your browser's cryptographically secure random number generator (the Web Crypto API) rather than the predictable Math.random(), and mapped onto your range, which includes both the minimum and the maximum.
In unique mode, each number already drawn is excluded from later picks, like drawing balls from a bag without putting them back, so you can't ask for more unique numbers than the range contains.
