How to use the Reorder PDF Pages
- Upload the PDF.
- Enter every page number in the order you want, separated by commas. For a 4-page document, 3,1,2,4 moves page 3 to the front.
- Click Run and download the reordered PDF.
How the Reorder PDF Pages works
The tool checks that your list contains every page number in the document exactly once, so no page can be lost or duplicated by accident. It then builds a new PDF by copying the pages in your chosen order.
Pages are copied, not re-rendered, so content and quality are unchanged. If you want to keep only some pages, use Extract PDF Pages instead, which lets you choose a subset.
