How the Schema.org Generator works
Structured data describes a page's content in a vocabulary search engines share, schema.org. The generator builds a JSON object with @context set to https://schema.org, the @type you chose and the matching properties, then wraps it in a <script type="application/ld+json"> tag, the format Google recommends.
Valid markup makes a page eligible for rich results, such as product prices or article details, but doesn't guarantee them. Only mark up content that is visible on the page, and test the result with Google's Rich Results Test before publishing.
